KAREN JONES
Owner, CEO & President
Karen brings almost 30 years of work experience to the table. Having worked in such diverse industries (financial institutions, nuclear power plant, water and process treatment company and non-profit medical organization) and in various roles (administration, HR and finance), Karen’s key mission is to provide fiscal, strategic and operational leadership to ACMS. Karen believes that being hands-on is the best way to learn and grow as a business owner. Providing quality work and being honest with your customers is a principle that Karen stands by. She founded ACMS in 2019.
LLOYD JONES
Senior Construction Manager
With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Lloyd has a diverse background as a carpenter, builder, general contractor, project manager and as a business owner. He works closely with owners, management, and subcontractors and has a verifiable reputation for consistently completing all projects on time and within budget. Lloyd manages projects safely and in a straightforward manner. Lloyd graduated from Indiana State University with a B.S. in Construction Management.
