KAREN JONES
Founder, President & Chief Executive
Karen brings more than three decades of diverse leadership experience to ACMS, with expertise across financial services, nuclear energy, water and process treatment, and nonprofit healthcare. Her career includes high-level roles in administration, human resources, and finance, equipping her with a unique blend of strategic and operational skills.
In 2019, Karen founded ACMS with a vision to deliver exceptional construction services rooted in reliability and quality, while fostering enduring client relationships. Her hands-on leadership style ensures she remains deeply engaged in every project, driving growth through meticulous attention to detail and unwavering commitment.
Guided by her core principles of integrity, transparency, and excellence, Karen embeds these values into every ACMS endeavor. As the leader of a woman- and minority-owned business, she champions trust, superior craftsmanship, and meaningful community impact, positioning ACMS as a trusted partner in construction.
LLOYD JONES
Vice President of Operations
Lloyd brings over 35 years of extensive construction industry experience to ACMS, with a diverse background as a carpenter, builder, general contractor, project manager, and business owner. This comprehensive expertise provides him with an in-depth understanding of all project phases, from planning to execution.
Known for his direct approach and unwavering commitment to safety, Lloyd collaborates closely with clients, management, and subcontractors to deliver projects on schedule and within budget. His leadership is defined by clear communication, effective problem-solving, and a steadfast dedication to superior craftsmanship.
Lloyd earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Indiana State University.
