KAREN JONES
Owner, CEO & President
Karen brings over 30 years of diverse professional experience to ACMS. Her background spans several industries - including financial services, nuclear energy, water and process treatment, and nonprofit healthcare - where she held leadership roles in administration, human resources, and finance.
In 2019, Karen founded ACMS with a clear mission: to provide reliable, high-quality construction services while building lasting relationships with clients. She leads the company with a hands-on approach, believing that true growth comes from staying involved and committed to every detail.
Karen’s core values - integrity, transparency, and excellence - are reflected in every project ACMS undertakes. As a proud woman- and minority-owned business leader, she continues to drive the company forward with a focus on trust, quality, and community impact.
LLOYD JONES
Vice President of Operations
With 35+ years of experience in the construction industry, Lloyd brings a wealth of knowledge and hands-on expertise to ACMS. His background spans roles as a carpenter, builder, general contractor, project manager, and business owner - giving him a comprehensive understanding of every phase of a project.
Known for his straightforward approach and commitment to safety, Lloyd works closely with clients, management teams, and subcontractors to ensure every project is completed on time and within budget. His leadership is grounded in clear communication, practical problem-solving, and a deep respect for craftsmanship.
Lloyd holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Indiana State University.
